We're looking for Assistant General Managers who are passionate about people, hospitality and creating great experiences.
At The Botanist Albert Dock, you'll be a key member of the leadership team, helping shape culture, support your team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
You'll work closely with the General Manager to drive performance while creating an environment where people feel valued, supported and inspired to do their best work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the business
- Leading, coaching and developing team members
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Supporting recruitment, training and onboarding
- Driving service standards and operational excellence
- Supporting commercial performance and business objectives
- Helping create a positive and engaging team culture
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who leads with positivity, has strong hospitality experience and enjoys developing people.
Previous management experience within hospitality is desirable.
